Rosa Mexicano is a family-run restaurant established in 1997 in Quito, Ecuador. The restaurants acceptance and success has exceeded all of our expectations, being dubbed by our customers as the “Authentic Mexican.” All of this thanks to the presence of an experienced and authentic Mexican chef in the kitchen as well as the dedication of its Mexican owners to providing exemplary levels of customer service and delivering authentically good Mexican food.
